3 - Adding New Employee Process

Beginner- Login to your system, using your credentials ==> https://erpprod.mmacompetent.com/
- Go to HR > Job Applicant
- Search the Employee you need to register , in my case “ Juan Dela Cruz”
- Click the Applicant Name
Click the drop down list of status and pick “accepted”
Note : Make sure the interview is Cleared, if not, coordinate it to Hiring and Recruitment or you can cleared it by yourself
SAVE!
After you save it, go to Employee and Create a new Employee
In this New Employee Form, get the 201 of the employee and input all the data available.
- As you can see, you will notice the Red Box with * , that a mandatory field, you cant save if you didn’t fill-up that field.
- Fill in the blanks where the arrow is pointing.
Note : Job Applicant Email is automatic from job applicant “ do not edit “
Don’t forget this Department and Grade Group
- If you didn't fill this up, the employee data will go to another client.
DESIGNATION = Position
Reports to = your ID Number
Medical History
- Click the settings icon
Add Columns
Check all this then Add
Click update
To add Medical History Record
- Add row
- Fill up
-Description = CLASS A, B , C or D
-Remarks
-Vaccine Brand
-Vaccination Card = Attached
-Vaccine Booster = Yes or No Only
Contact Details
NOTE : the TIN Number have dash “ - “
- 1. SSS Format = 0000000000
- 2. TIN Format = 000-000-000-0000
- 3. PAGIBIG Format = 000000000000
- 4. PHILHEALTH Format = 000000000000
Click Save
After Saving, upload the photo from Job Applicant
Choose the Library, Search the name of the employee
DONE!
