Hiring and Recruitment is the heart of every manpower service provider. On this steps you will learn how to add manpower request or we call it "Staffing Plan".

Below is the flow of Staffing Plan.


STAFF PLAN ==>JOB OPENING ==> JOB APPLICANT ==> JOB INTERVIEW ==> APPLICANT STATUS ==> ADD EMPLOYEE



These are the following steps in Hiring and Recruitment process.



  1. Login to your HRIS System ==> https://erpprod.mmacompetent.com
  2. Click the HR Module



A. Go to Recruitment ==> Staffing Plan



  1. Click "Add Staffing Plan"


"Staffing Plan" is applicable on internal Hiring and External Hiring. For internal Hiring which includes office staff and HR Coordinator. This procedure will guide you in Hiring and Recruitment External. These are employees that work on principal/ customer behalf.






Fill-up the following information.

  1. Deployment (Customer) - The name of Customer that requesting it.
  2. Manpower Request Letter - This is the approved letter from customer.
  3. From Date- To Date- is the hiring Date process.
  4. Staffing Plan Details
  5. Designation - current designation that you need to select : NOTE : Select specific designation with client name
  6. Vacancies - number of manpower and vacant that need to fill


  1. Click Save
  2. Click Submit.




This is the second steps in hiring and recruitment. You need to complete the staffing Plan before you proceed on this steps.



B. Linking newly created MR to the existing " Job Opening "

Go to Connection ==> Job Opening



Clear filter then search the Job Opening



Clear the designation field then click SAVE


Go to Designation field and find the " designation value " that you've created from MR

You should be seeing that the Staffing Plan Field is automatically populated





Change the status from Closed to Open

Check the Publish on Website

then SAVE



  1. Display our Job Opening through our websites. By ticking "Publish on website.
  2. Click Save.
